Karl H. Bödding

Managing Director

Karl H. Bödding studied Business Administration and obtained the Spanish and the German Degrees "Graduado Superior en Ciencias Empresariales Internacionales" of the University Pontificia Comillas of Madrid ICADE and "Diplombetriebswirt" at ESB-European School of Business at Reutlingen University. He worked at Mercedes-Benz España and at a subsidiary of Lufthansa Cargo in Frankfurt.

He was also Foreign Trade Consultant at the Commercial Office of the Spanish Embassy in Vilnius, Lithuania, for the Madrid Confederation of Employers (CEIM). Since late 2007 he is the Managing Director at Europa Tax and since January 2010 he also became MD and Partner of Aranda International Assistance.

Melissa Aguilar Bouroncle

Specialist in Tax Law and Accounting

Melissa Aguilar attended her studies of law in the National University of San Agustín in Arequipa - Peru and she obtained her title as Master in Fiscal Consulting, Payroll Services and Financial Accounting in Madrid - Spain.
After obtaining her university degree she started her professional career in one of the most prestigious law firms in Peru.

Since 2008 she directs our departments of fiscal and accounting services.

Ana Belén Pérez Castro

Specialist in financial and pay roll accounting

Ana Belén Pérez Castro graduated in Business Administration at the University of Castilla La Mancha, Toledo (Spain).

She gained her professional experience in the financial sector working in a prestigious Spanish Bank and in a large Spanish sales company in the area of financial and pay roll accounting.

She joined Aranda International Assistance in 2009 exercising her work in the accounting and pay roll department.

Olivia Homolatsch

Specialist in financial accounting

Olivia Homolatsch has graduated in Law at the universities of Vienna (Austria) and Alcalá de Henares (Spain).

After her studies she obtained a title in Accounting in Spain and an LL.M. in European Law at the University of Amsterdam.
She worked in the accounting department of various firms; her last position was responsible person for the accounts payable department of Esprit Spain.

Olivia is Austrian and has been living in Spain for nearly 5 years now. She joined Aranda International Assistance in January 2012 and works in the accounting department.

Viktoria Wutschkowa

Specialist in financial accounting

Viktoria Wutschkowa has graduated in Business Administration at the universities of Erlangen- Nürnberg (Germany) and Alcalá de Henares (Spain).

After her studies she was responsible for the controlling in a biotechnology company in Konstanz, Germany.

Viktoria comes from Munich and joined our team in January 2012. In Aranda International Assistance she works in the accounting department.
